This is one of those pieces that all the women at HQ snagged immediately. Lined with Sherpa on the body and quilted fabric on the sleeves so bye, sausage arms. Oversized fit, so you can layer it over all of your sweaters if you get super cold (or, if your office is a tundra like ours). Also, long enough to cover your butt in case you feel like wearing leggings.
